Legendary items

Legendary items can be aquired only by completing Legendary Dungeon, or by throwing legendary weapon into Arcane Toilet (then you can get different weapon or shield). Collecting legendary items in scrapbook doesn't affect scrapbook's completion progress, but gives a chance to mine Legendary Gems (the more legendary items in scrapbook, the greater chance for a legendary gem).
