How to unlock Wheel of Fortune 2.0

Tu unlock upgraded Wheel of Fortune one must meet the following criteria:

• reach 95 level
• unlock pets
• unlock underworld

After these criteria are met, the Wheel of Fortune 2.0 may appear as a mission reward.
